Hamblin’s Vacation Rentals (HVR) goes out of our way to make ownership of your vacation rental property easy and carefree.  Why spend your valuable time worrying about your home and its maintenance as well as guests when we can do it all for you.
Management Team and Scope of Duties Currently the owner works all Web-based advertising, literature mail outs, postings, association memberships etc to maximize marketing tools we have at hand as well as sales, negotiations and pricing. Our Secretary controls billing and accounts payable as well as works in the Office Managerial role controlling all files, systems, renter information and operational expense data. Our property manager controls operations of the actual properties i.e. work orders, assessments, and patrolling / policing. Our Housekeeping Supervisor is the head of housekeeping and conducts initial post renter damage / theft assessment, cleaning, draining and filling as well as chemically treating pool and hot tub. Additionally, she conducts initial damage reports through the use of a digital camera and producing a written statement containing the who, what, where, why and how of her assessment. Without a quality team such as ours performing to the high standard of performance they are at now, most Vacation Rental Home Owners have historically failed miserably.

Hamblin’s Vacation Rental’s Responsibilities to our Partners and Customer’s: We understand the level of trust associated with allowing strangers to come in, occupy and utilize the amenities of your home. Additionally we understand the high expectations you have of a cleaning crew and management team. You should choose HVR for the following reasons:

Trustworthiness: The owner and management team personally interview all potential employees and run a thorough background check on each individual.  Your dealing with an experienced team of owners, management and personnel. We understand the importance of time management, conservation of expenses and preventive maintenance of Vacation Rental Properties. We are locally owned and operated by people who stand ready to execute our stated mission as well as assist renters during emergency situations.

Training: We allow time for proper screening, training, certification and overall induction of our employees and will never leave a property until it has first, been inspected by a supervisor.
We enforce high standards in cleaning as well as damage assessment and recording. We personally train and certify our employees in the following areas:
General to Advanced Housekeeping
Pool Cleaning and Chemical Treatment
Hot Tub Draining, Cleaning, Filling and Chemical Treatment
General Grounds keeping
Safety and risk analysis / mitigation of risks to customers an employees
Do what is necessary this year to produce repeat renters next year
